Each community runs its own node. A category can be always shared ongoingly, ask each time, or shared one-time. The receiving side sees provenance.

Default messaging stays calm and asynchronous. Marking a message urgent requires a short wait first (deliberate friction), then triggers a real notification on the other side — and starts a grace period before it can be used again. Recipients can grant specific people 1–2 instant-urgent overrides.

The OMI wearable records; the phone transcribes locally when it can, else the speaker's chosen server. Consent gates every step. At the end: transcript hand-off via WoT (direct access) or Signal (file), and AI-drafted profile updates — always marked unreviewed until you approve.
Everything stays local-first: the recording and transcript never leave the phone unless a hand-off is explicitly chosen. The other person's access flows through the Web-of-Trust permission gates from section 1 — a transcript is just another gated category.
Each conversation updates your profile and the resource graph: what you share, what you have, what you can reach through friends. AI drafts are visibly unreviewed until approved; every iteration is kept.
